Located on Hwy 351 on the northeast side of Abilene, Heritage Parks is a quiet subdivision. The Association was established in the 1990s, and then the HOA expanded in 2007 when it accepted the Enclave. Since then we have watched the area develop a blossom into a center of activity and retail convenience. And the neighborhood grow into a hub for family-oriented living.

Our Board of Directors believes in all that we do the goal should be to foster a sense of community through service. The board believes its decisions must pass a two-prong test:
1. IS IT IN SERVICE TO OUR NEIGHBOR?
2. DOES IT CONTRIBUTE TO MAKING HERITAGE PARKS THE PLACE WE CALL HOME?
