(Examples of a few violations are listed below.)
Residential garbage containers / debris are to be removed from the streets, driveways and screened. Per deed restrictions, they are to be viewable from front of property on day of scheduled pickup by city refuge collection and removed by end of that day.
( Tuesdays & Fridays only )
All other days they are to be screened from street view.

RECYCLING, BRUSH & BULKY PICKUP- Must be scheduled with city and can be viewable only on day of scheduled pickup.

( Lot )
All lawns shall be regularly maintained and have a neat and well-kept appearance.
( Corner Lot )
Any dwelling erected on a corner lot shall have a presentable frontage on ALL streets on which the particular corner lot abuts.
Any boat, boat trailer, trailer, mobile home, camper, or any vehicle other than a conventional automobile shall, if brought into the subdivision, must be screened from public view by fence or similar structure when not in use or coupled.
Travel trailers and motorhomes shall be permitted to be parked on street immediately adjacent to the vehicle owner’s property or at the consent of the property’s owner in front of which such vehicle is parked. Maximum time allowed for the parking of travel trailers and motor homes shall be no more than 14 days.

Enforcement Of Restrictive Covenants. TX PROP CODE 202.004
An exercise of discretionary authority or selective enforcement by a property owners' association or other representative designated by an owner of real property concerning a restrictive covenant is presumed reasonable so long as the exercise of discretionary authority was not arbitrary, capricious, or discriminatory. Notice of Associations right to enforce restrictions unenforced in the past must be given to members in the manner notices are traditionally given at least 30 thirty days prior to inspection.
