HOA will be moving forward with collecting funds/ bidding / repairs of Enclave fence per Enclave deed restrictions. Once funds are collected / available repairs expected to start fall of 2024 through 2030.
No new petition for possible deed ownership/maintenance change for the Enclave fence can occur until fall 2029.
